Routine & Goals for better Health (Letter #2)
Dear Readers,
It has been sometime now since I have written a letter, as I have been quite busy (and tired) this month, but now that June has passed away, a new month with new possibilities is nearing and my inspiration is flourishing. I have created some goals and routines to insure this month will be productive and help my old habits shifts to more healthy ones. Below is a list of my routine and a few of my goals, explained. β¬οΈ

Morning Routine: (6-11 am)
Ice face & massage with moisturizer - putting ice on your face in the morning helps reduce inflammation, & face massages are also a good way to reduce inflammation and tighten the skin
Stretch & 5k Steps - getting in some form of physical activity in the morning is a good way to insure you have plenty of energy throughout the day
Journal in gratitude & goal journal's - this is super helpful to make sure I'm thinking positively & have a clear understanding of what I want my day to look like, to make sure it is productive
Drink Green Tea & do Bible Study - simply relaxing, & time with the Lord is needed :)
Meditate - this is helpful so I don't get ahead of myself, and start doing more than I can handle (that can become stressful)
-
Afternoon Routine:
30 minutes minutes of working out, making sure to listen to body
1 hour of walking on treadmill, taking a small break with every completed mile
intentional time to study
spend time doing creative hobbies

My 5 Daily Goals:
Journal in all three of my journals (gratitude, goal getter, & reflection journal) - this helps me stay positive, have a productive day, and process my thoughts
10k steps - improves my mood, & keeps me in shape!
Be slow, thorough, & intentional with day. Express Gratitude, and give thanks to the Lord for everything - expressing gratitude, and focusing on the good things around me helps in avoiding a negative mindset.
Spend time with Jesus in prayer, and reading through Scripture - definitely needed as a Christian!
Get at least 30 minutes of exercise - keeps me healthy physically & mentally

I hope this letter was encouraging. It encouraged me just writing it βοΈ Anyway, I'm not sure when I will post again, as events in life are unexpected, but I hope to soon!
